Why you should travel solo at least once in your lifetime?? ( 10 reasons)

Solo travel offers a feelings of freedom and empowerment that numerous people find to be absolutely irresistible. Wherever you go and how strong your personality, solo journey will be somewhat daunting the first time around -it's a natural the fear of the unknown. Solo journey will challenge you to fend to get yourself in a unfamiliar position, forcing you to problem solve and organize themselves on an almost daily basis. Even when you only travel solo when, or for very brief spells at the once, the lessons you'll learn conquering the challenge are lessons you may take with you through life.

In fact, travelling alone may be the single best catalyst for personal growth, and here's why :

1. You'll get to  enjoy "me" time
To  often, our lives become hectic. Between work or school, family and friends, extracurricular activities and significant others, we all reached the point of craving a little peace and quiet. There are multiple physical and psychological benefits of spending time alone. It can help you reboot your brain and unwind, improve concentration, and it allows you to think deeper, which can help you work through your problems or find your own voice. Sometimes those 10 minutes in the shower just aren't enough Taking a trip on your own allows you to focus slowly on yourself - your wants, needs, feelings-and it helps clear your mind and put things into perspective.

2. Makes new friends

The easiest way to meet people is to travel alone. It forces you to be more outgoing than normal, and it makes you more approachable. Conversations with strangers are easier and more natural because they revolve around simple questions like " Where are you going ?"and "where are you from?" Plus, other travelers are the best resource for recommendations on food, transport, and accommodation.

3. Cherish  little things in life that you don't everyday.
When you're traveling alone, you get a lot of time to notice and cherish little beautiful things about nature that you didn't have the time to look at before. Sunset, ocean waves, fresh breeze, chirping of birds - all these seem outstanding when you spend time alone traveling.

4. You can go wherever you want
One of the cool perks of traveling solo is that you literally can go anywhere you want , without someone else's interests, budget and hesitations in mind.

5. Travelling solo is empowering
Surviving a trip alone is truly an empowering experience because it will make you feel like you can conquer any challenge or do anything you want. After all, you've planned a trip, traveled, and survived all the challenges and hurdles that came your way, your own

6. Travel at your own pace
Peoples usually have different mindsets, as far as sightseeing and travelling. Some want to explore a big city in a flash and fit as many experiences as they can , while others prefer to slowly soak in things even if they don't get to see everything. Of course, these contradicting mental outlooks can very often clash and even to arguments.
the good thing about traveling solo is that you don't have to adjust to sooner else's pace during your escapade. Whether you prefer to travel hastily or in a leisurely pace, you are in complete control of your trip's tempo, when you're travelling solo.

7. You'll become a better traveler
Maps, directions, trains , planes and automobiles . Who can keep track of all this stuff? The more you travel, the better at it you will become. You'll know what time the trains run, how to catch a cab , rent a bike... you''ll become a pro, which will cut down on much of the stress of travelling.

8. It will boost your Confidence
When you are travelling alone  you're just  about to forced to be cultural and speak to people you don't know ,unless you mean to be a hermit for  the length of the trip . if you are not great at presenting yourself to strangers before, solo journey will teach you how. Also you might well meet  other solo travelers during your trip, at your lodging or on a tour , and these people may be simply as happy to have someone to.

9 You will turn your new perspective into  a new way of living.
Many solo travelers return home with a new paradigm of the world and the role they play in it. They can't un-see or un-learn what they experienced, which changes not only how they see the world but how they live in it.  if you want to be ruined for the status quo forever, the shortest path is a solo trip.

10. You'll find the answer to an important question
while the reason you planned this trip may have been to find your independence, feel free and have some alone time , your experiences along the way have the potential to completely change the way you view the world , and even the way you see yourself that you never even knew existed. You'll see amazing things, meet unforgettable people, heat interesting languages and taste food that you never knew existed . you just may awaken an adventurous and curious part of yourself, and in time figure out just who you are and what you want in life. You'll travel to explore unknown, and along the way, you'll find you.

How Kheerganga Helped Me To Change me From normal person To Traveler and Trekker?

I was a dead human being living in a cubicle , but now I feel like a bird  , I can touch the sky ,
I am out of box because I am not dead yet. Now I am pursuing my dreams of being a trekker
and traveler but the Question is how it actually started ?

Flashback - 5 month back I was giving my last year exam at University of Delhi , completely depressed, almost dead suddenly one of my friend give me suggestion for a trip for a trek to Kheerganga.
Honestly that time I had no idea about this place, I just wanted to go out of that shitty place , I was tired of questions, I was tired of everything.
Society is a big time liar and I was a fool who was trapped in their net . Anyway we went to Kasol , Manikaran and then next day we went to Kheerganga . That time I didn't know trekking is so much fun . I mean on every single damn step you find the answers of yourquestions, you find who you actually are?
This was the place which made me fall in love with hiking on mountains but still that time I had no clue it will change my life like that.

When I came to Kheerganga for the very first time I had no idea that after this trek i will complete 2 trek within 2 month. After Dharamshala if I love any other place in Himachal Pradesh that would be Parvati Valley. I don't like the mainstream and crowded places as they are generally destroyed by the visitors, thanks to some typical Indian tourists.
That is why one should go on treks as they are less crowded (because you have o take a hike for that which most of the people are afraid of) , more beautiful and peaceful places comparatively to cities

Kheerganga is just not the place , it is purely a spiritual ground which connects you with your inner peace.
This trek is not all about the summit it is all about the journey because sometimes journey is more beautiful than the destination itself.
you will cross many waterfalls , vast greenery , a bit of jungle area and wooden bridges.
The best part about this trek is the thunderous sound of river which makes you feel strongs but keeps reminding you that mountains are stronger than you.
So one should not try to be a Gama in the land of Lama

It is a 12 km hike from Barshaini which hardly takes 4-5 hours (For unfit people ) to reach here. Now days it is also bit commercialize so you can find everything over there food , accommodation, washrooms etc only if you reach there before 5:00 in the evening so one should consider the time (start as early as possible) and the weather.
Ilove everyhing about this trek though it just a base for Pin Parvati trek but still beautifel and captivating.
Explore it so that you can explore yourself .
we do this whole trip in just 1500/- how ? detail given in following video

If you want to travel Kheerganga in cheap and Best way  (in just 1500/-) than you must watch this video
